1. Purpose

6. Sustomer’s Authority

6.1. The customer has the right to contact Toto's Lavenders by e-mail specified in these conditions. To request the following information about the processing of personal data by mail:

6.1.1. Which personal data about the customer is processed by Toto's Lavenders;

6.1.2. Purpose of personal data processing;

6.1.3. Legal basis for personal data processing;

6.1.4. How personal data was collected;

6.1.5. To whom the personal data about the customer was provided, the basis and purpose of providing the personal data;

6.1.6. Period of processing of personal data.

6.2. At the request of the customer, Toto's Lavenders is obliged to correct, update, add, block, delete or destroy personal data if they are incomplete, inaccurate, not updated or if they were collected and processed in violation of the requirements of the law.

6.3. The customer has the right to apply to the personal data protection service or to the court in case of violation of the rights stipulated by the law of Georgia on personal data protection.

6.4. The customer has the right at any time to refuse the consent given by customer to Toto's Lavenders and to request the termination of the personal data processing and/or the destruction of the processed personal data.

7. User Obligation

7.1. The customer is obliged to provide complete and correct information about the customer to Toto's Lavenders in order to receive the service in the future. This obligation also applies to changes in the information provided by the customer.

8.1. Depending on the nature of the relationship with the customer during the provision of services, the processed information may include the listed categories of data in a volume proportional to the purpose of their processing:

8.1.3. Financial information - information related to transactions and accounts, payments and/or transfers (including where and when this or that transaction was made);

8.1.4. Contractual information - information about the services and products provided by us;

8.1.5. Data about the technological device - IP address, cookies, IMEI code, application logs, behavioral data, location information and others;

8.1.6. Recordings - audio and/or video recordings;

8.1.7. Data obtained during communication - data obtained through e-mail, telephone, chat, social media or other communication channels;

8.1.8. Public data - information obtained from public sources.

8.1.9. Data created by Toto's Lavenders - data created by Toto's Lavenders as a result of the analysis of customer data (eg data on user behavior, preferences, etc.);

If the customer wants to delete or change personal data, it is mandatory to send a corresponding request from the e-mail used during registration - to info@totoslavenders.ge.  By sending a message to the same e-mail, it is possible to receive any information about the personal data processed about you by Toto's Lavenders.

10.3. According to Article 15 of the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection", the customer has the right to receive all the above-mentioned personal data processed according to customer.
