Delivery Policy

· Courier service is free throughout Tbilisi when the total amount of purchased products is above 100 GEL, and 6 GEL if purchase is below this amount.

· Courier service is free in regions out of Tbilisi when the total amount of purchased products is above 150 GEL, and 11 GEL if purchase is below this amount.

· Orders can be placed any day of the week, and delivery is made only on working days.

Delivery of the order is carried out in Tbilisi within 1-2 working days, and in the regions out of Tbilisi within 2-3 working days.

· In order to receive the order smoothly, it is necessary for the user to accurately and completely fill in the information requested on the website.

Note:

· If you provide an incomplete address or incorrect contact number, the package will be delayed in our warehouse and will not be shipped until you provide the complete information. In such a case, we will send you a notification to the specified e-mail address or contact you at the contact number specified by you.

· If the courier cannot contact you on the phone number specified in the order, this will cause delay of the package.
